As an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I'm passionate about using my evidence-based knowledge and training to support families in reaching their breastfeeding, chestfeeding, lactation and infant-feeding goals.
As an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I'm passionate about using my evidence-based knowledge and training to support families in reaching their breastfeeding, chestfeeding, lactation and infant-feeding goals.
I worked towards my IBCLC certification and diploma in Lactation Medicine from the Dr. Jack Newman Clinic at the International Breastfeeding Centre (IBC) spending over 600 hours working directly with families (both in-person and virtually) from across Canada and internationally. In addition to my job at IBC, I love supporting families through my private practice (either in their homes or virtually).

As a parent to two (no longer small) children, I experienced some of the challenges and triumphs of infant feeding first hand. It was my personal experience as well as the experiences of friends that awakened a new passion in me to help families through what can be a tumultuous time. I'm looking forward to meeting and working with your family.
